DELE Preparation
Al Andalus Spanish School offers you a preparation course of the DELE examination.
Preparation course for the DELE exam (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2)
This DELE preparation course is a combination of the standard course, 4 lessons daily (50 minutes each), divided in a grammar- and a conversation part, with an additional 60-minute lesson daily (in group) for the preparation of the exam. At our Spanish language school in Spain, we use material of previous DELE exams.
Classes consist of a maximum of eight students.
The official exams for the DELE test take place in May, August and November, in Cádiz or in Málaga. The enrollment for the exam must be done at least 5 weeks prior to the exam.

What is DELE
DELE is the only worldwide accredited in Spanish as a Foreign Language. The ‘Instituto Cervantes’ sets the exam in cooperation with the University of Salamanca for the Spanish Ministry of Education and Science.
The exam can be taken at four different levels:
Beginners Level A1
Certifies the linguistic competence of the candidate to understand everyday situations linguistically in every spanish speaking country and their ability to handle these situations.
Intermediate Level (corresponds to B1)
Certifies the linguistic competence of the candidate to understand everyday situations linguistically and to react adequately as well as expressing basic wishes and needs. This level equates to B1 according to the European Reference Framework.
Advanced Level 1 (corresponds to B2)
Certifies the linguistic competence of the candidate to communicate without difficulty in everyday situations on a colloquial level without using a special terminology of the Spanish language.
Advanced Level 2 (corresponds to C2)
Certifies the linguistic competence of the candidate to communicate in situations which require a more sophisticated level plus a good knowledge of the Spanish habits which are expressed therein.
Each exam consists of 5 tests, which are organised into three groups. To pass the exam, every candidate must pass in all three groups with at least a 70% of the maximum number of points to be reached.
