About us
Al Andalus Spanish School, which is situated down town in Tarifa Cádiz, is a Centre of linguistic and cultural immersion where programs are designed to satisfy the needs of learning Spanish in its natural context. For this reason, in our programs we combine Spanish Language Courses with a complete Didactic-Cultural Plan. This second part consists of a series of alternative workshops, trips, excursions, and recreational activities, both cultural and leisure. Our programs are aimed at anyone interested in learning Spanish regardless of their age, nationality, personal interest or previous knowledge of Spanish.
We at Al Andalus believe that the best way to learn Spanish is by tapping into the amazing Andalusian culture and carry out your hobbies at the same time.
Our motto is; ! The most effective way of learning Spanish is by putting it into praxis!: Apart from doing the traditional grammar part in class we take our students around to nice places and make them participate in the daily life of the Andalusian people.
Tarifa is cosmopolitan, fun and artistic and very well known as the “Mecca of kitesurfing and windsurfing”.
We offer Spanish courses from April to November.
Furthermore Al Andalus in cooperation with Huerta Grande offers grand variety of Spanish courses in the fantastic environment of the Rural Eco-Resort Huerta Grande that is situated in the hills above the Strait of Gibraltar, between two Natural Parks and only 10km from Tarifa . Those courses are more addressed to special groups such as Teenager ( summer camps for Teenager ) Spanish and outdoors activities for the whole family , hiking groups , yoga etc.
The surroundings Huerta Gtrande is a great place to practice all kind of outdoors sport .As well it is a perfect place to practice yoga, get away from the daily concerns and enhance the spiritual part of your life. We can assure you that everyone can find something of their interest.
